The Green Lady of Brooklyn project began with a simple idea: partnering with a beloved New York cultural icon whose authenticity perfectly aligned with Cricket Wireless' community-first brand. After identifying the opportunity, I personally reached out to Elizabeth, known as the Green Lady of Brooklyn, and spent several weeks building a genuine relationship through regular conversations before securing her participation.

As producer, I led talent outreach, relationship management, production planning, and execution of the social content series. I gained Elizabeth's Trust. I was transparent about the work and what we wanted to create. The Green Lady does not work with many brands, so this transparency and trust ultimately allowed our team to create content that felt true to Elizabeth's personality while remaining ownable to the Cricket brand.

The campaign became Cricket Wireless' highest-performing social initiative in brand history, generating 4.5 million impressions, 292,000 engagements, and 60,000 shares. The success of the project demonstrated the power of authentic storytelling and relationship-driven production, ultimately earning me the AT&T Agency Champion Award and establishing a new benchmark for social engagement across the brand.
